They spend days even weeks feeling hungry only to become discouraged and quit far too soon. Perhaps, these people need to find a way to lose weight without actually dieting. Here are three ways of doing just that. While you won&#8217;t lose weight quickly with any of these tricks, the weight will come off and once you start seeing some results maybe you will be tempted to either find a good weight loss plan that works for you or increase your exercise level.</p>
<p>One way to shed those unwanted pounds is simply to remove two foods from your diet you eat on a regular basis that are high in calories. This is a trick a few country doctors have tried with overweight patients that has really gotten results. Instead of telling their patients to diet they simply tell them to think of two foods that they eat on a daily basis that does their body little good but, is high in calorie and remove them from their diet for a month. Surprisingly in most cases, patients chose soda pop as their first choice. If you drink soda pop on a regular basis even on a day that is 910 calories you are cutting back in a week! If you drink two or three cans of soda pop a day this can be a significant calorie reduction and you will more than likely lose a good five or six pounds in a month without dieting what so ever.</p>
<p>Another way to lose weight is by substituting one food for another. By doing this you are consuming less calories without really eating less food. In this manner you are learning to eat healthier, aren&#8217;t suffering any hunger pangs, and can still lose weight without actually dieting. The key to this weight loss trick is to start slow and only make a few substitutions at a time. For example, you can substitute a cup of vegetables for ½ a portion of the pasta you are eating or use frozen milk in place of ice cream for that shake. With every change you make you are eating less and less calories, but you simply don&#8217;t feel hungry because you are still eating the same amounts of food.</p>
<p>The third way is to use an ultra red sauna for 15 minutes every day. Ultra red saunas can burn a lot of calories in a very short time. Of course you will lose water weight as well, but you will be replacing the water you lose by drinking a lot of water throughout the day. Saunas also help remove a lot of toxins from your body which may be slowing your overall weight loss.</p>
<p>None of these tips are meant to completely replace diet and exercise for weight loss. But they will get weight loss started for those that hate to diet and encourage them to begin a weight loss program.</p>

Many people will try their hardest to eat better and will get quickly frustrated with the lack of noticeable results. <p>One food that people should eat when trying to lose weight is quinoa. Quinoa is a delicious and filling grain that has a lot of fiber and protein and its very filling. This can be used in the place of rice as a means to create a filling and satisfying meal, so much so that many people may even forget that they are dieting.</p>
<p>Another diet power food that any person should definitely try to eat more of is spinach. Spinach is very low in caloric value. It has a lot of fiber and can be added to really almost anything. Spinach can instantly make a meal more healthy and more filling with very few calories added.</p>
<p>Beans are another power food. Beans contain a lot of fiber and are, therefore very filling. A person can make a bean chili that will be filling and very healthy. Three bean salad is also a light and tasty option for a person to eat especially in the summer time.</p>
<p>Kale, is much like spinach, and is one of the most healthy vegetables that a person can eat. Like spinach, it tastes good with almost anything and has a ton of nutrients in it. Kale is a bit sweeter than spinach, but most people who enjoy spinach will enjoy kale as well.</p>
<p>Onions are a great thing for a person on a diet. They can add substance to whatever they are added to as well as a great taste, for those people who like onions, but add little to no calories on top of it.</p>
<p>When a person is looking for power foods to eat while dieting and trying to lose weight than he or she should definitely think of foods that are filling and tasty with limited additional caloric value while also still being nutritious and healthy. A person on a diet needs to think about the sustainability to his or her diet plan as the diets that will result in lasting weight loss will be ones more focusing around changing overall eating habits in general not just for a limited period of time.</p>

It is surprising to know that even while on a diet, there are a number of wonderful foods that a person can eat.
