Each day try and picture yourself that way and know that you can make it if you keep everything in moderation and not overdo things. If it helps you can even give yourself a talk and say out loud to yourself “I am beautiful and healthy”. If you had problems saying that you are healthy then that means you have low self esteem problems and might want to think about seeing someone professional to help you overcome those problems so you can lose weight without dieting.
Get a partner online or in your local area and encourage each other with weight loss. Send each other emails about what you had to eat that day and support one another. There are a lot of forums online focused on weight loss and you can find one that is active and let them know what is going on and I bet that you’ll find someone to team up with in no time.
One last tip with losing weight without dieting is to eat on blue plates. Doctors have said for a very long time that blue plates help you to not eat as much because the color for some reason helps with decreasing the appetite. I tried this and I found out that the myth was true and I was not as hungry and did not go back for seconds when I was eating from a blue plate.
Never give up on yourself and put yourself down when you are trying to lose weight. You might have your good and bad days but keep on eating healthy and within moderation and you should do just fine.
