Introducing our new broach tooth concept with continuous helical tooth pattern. Tooth size adjusts progressively so that the distal teeth are finer and the proximal teeth are more aggressive. This distributes the teeth to provide a more efficient cut.
Ground tooth rasps have the following advantages:

Compliance with designed geometry and dimensions - Machining programs are generated directly from the prosthesis design files.

Repeatability and durability - Wear is very low – it is not concentrated on the high spots of the teeth but is distributed over all of the cutting ridges.

The whole osseous envelope is calibrated - The cutting ridges of the teeth follow the complete circumference of the transverse cross-sections of the stem. There is no osseous surface.
